Good location. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance.
Shuttle was not available for transport to the Xcel energy center as advertised on the website when I booked the room. This was a large part of why I chose this location for our stay.

I thought the facility was clean and professional. Staff went above and we were able to have a comfortable stay. Good Breakfast too! Also the work out room.
I think that the room needed an additional chair in it. A reclining chair would be nice. Also some additional furniture in the corner where I think there used to be a hot tub?

The temperature of the shower water was lukewarm; the shower water pressure was not great.

Holiday Inn Express has a good breakfast room and offering. And the parking was good.
I've stayed at a number of Holiday Inn Expresses in different cities and this one did not feel up to the standard of the other properties. It could benefit from some updating (carpets, bathrooms, lighting) and we were disappointed that there was no hot tub despite promoting "pool and spa."
