Location was great... next to Riverwalk and easy to walk to Falls Park.
Free parking.
Cookies in the afternoon.
Our room smelled like a dog...we even found kibble on the floor.
The carpets are really in need of cleaning/stained.
Breakfast was mediocre and not enough space to accommodate the number of guests.
Staff not overly welcoming (from reception to housekeeping to breakfast attendant).

Good location for downtown. The lady on the breakfast buffet (I think it was Sharon) was polite, chatty and helpful.
Swimming pool wasn’t open.
