The hotel was exquisite, very clean and luxurious room and feel about it.
Upon check in front desk staff was cool, unfriendly and didn’t supply us with any information. Sadly we missed out on the lounge experience because we weren’t told that it opened at 3pm or that it even existed. It’s quite a unique feature to your hotel and it would be nice to receive all information about the establishment upon checkin. We were too full after finding a restaurant off site when we got back and noticed it.
Once again, when checking out the front desk employee was not engaging or friendly. For a hotel of this quality the service did not measure up. She did not ask if we enjoyed our stay, did not smile, did not say thank you or good bye. Just asked me if I needed a receipt.
