Sapphire Inn & Suites

Location was ideal, since it was less than 5 minutes from my family. The hotel & nearby residents were very peaceful & quiet. I liked the Direct TV cable that was provided, and that it was a large flat screen tv. It was kept very clean, and no bug issues. The price was great.

My flight was very late, due to inclement weather. I notified the manager, and he said no problem. Of course, I didn't know my flight would get delayed several times, and so I was 4 hours late. I had to call the motel, and let him know I had arrived. Once he assisted in checking me in & giving me the room key, I had issues with my card key, but he didn't make sure that I could get into my room. I eventually had to go around the building to nock on his window, since he was no longer answering his phone. We found out that the card key needed a new battery, in which he did replace it for me. We were both cranky & tired. However, as a woman by myself late at night, I think he should have made sure I made it into my room ok. No breakfast was provided. There was a kitchen sink & 2 stove top burners in the room, but nothing to cook with, or eat with. No elevators, and my non-smoking room was upstairs. I wish they had the same room on the first floor. The manager was never in the office. The upstairs ice machine wasn't working.

I like the owners Vinnie and his wife was awesome and Great customer from the both of them. I would book at hotel again. It is very roomy,the only thing I found wrong the floors wasn't swept thoroughly. If I had a broom I would've swept it myself and the parking is very tight space. But hey it was better than some places I visited keep up the Great work guys. Still 5 stars
