About this villa rental
This villa has soaring ceilings in the main living room and a tower bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom and its own sun terrace. It also has a Naya with seating and several outside terraces with a BBQ area complete with seating for 6 or more. There are shady areas at the back of the villa to escape from the sun at the front of the villa there is a roller blind over the table and parasols as the sun shines all day!
Satellite TV along with free Hi-Fi and Internet access in the naya. Cooling is by ceiling fans some of which are remote control but the villa also benefits from its hillside location and sea breezes.
We now have a full size table tennis table under the car port
Situated in a private and secure complex in the Altea Hills urbanisation a perfect location to relax and get away from the crowds but only a short drive / taxi away from Altea Old town.

We had a great stay. The view is amazing, house is perfectly clean and calm, and we even got some welcome snacks and drinks. Would book again any time. We recommend a car for driving to the villa.

Our experience was exceptional. From booking, to prior to our arrival and through our stay, we enjoyed it all. The villa was beautiful, clean and well equipped - we were able to relax at it & throughly enjoyed exploring the region on easy day trips. The recommendations we received from Garry were much appreciated! We highly recommend this property.

Would definitely return to this villa as it offers first class accommodation, very well maintained and very well equipped for everything you would need just as described in the listing. The beauty of this villa is it's location, it has uninterrupted views to the coast and mountains. Spent many an hour poolside looking out on this fabulous view. Plenty of outdoor shaded sitting areas with comfortable furniture. The owner has a well maintained file listing nearby places of interest and restaurants, we found that there was an abundance of places to eat out to suit everyone's taste and pocket. A car is a must but easy to get from A-B and the traffic was very light.
