The hotel is located in a great location in the city center, which is very convenient if you want to walk, to do shopping, visit restaurants, or get to the beach in 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and professional. You can find help 24/7... They know how to take care of your needs (for example, they will prepare breakfast to go if you are leaving early in the morning, offer refreshing drinks on a hot day, etc.).
Everything is wonderful at this hotel. This isn't the first time we've spent our "get-away-for-several-days" here. Choose an earlier time for breakfast to avoid crowds.

Location was good, Staff was helpful
Supposed to have a mini fridge when booked room didn't have one
Couldn't even keep bottled water cold. My window only had sheer window covering. No black out drapes. Street light shining in made it difficult for a good night sleep. Only parking available was over flow p.lot. Not a big deal but inconvenient. I don't travel alot but when I do I try to stay at a Hampton Inn because I'm usually very pleased. This time I can say was disappointing and not what I was expecting
