Minimum...could add a hot plate (scrambled eggs sausage or bacon. Gravy. Something easy but hot. And. Breakfast till 11am ...most people sleep in. (Retired.or weekends) a thought.
The new and modern. Nice layout.. add a couple shelves or draws by hanging area for sleeping clothes/ underwear. Oh and a set in shower.

It was clean but basic. I didn’t really interact too much with staff but they were helpful when I did. Not many other options to stay in springville so luckily they didn’t disappoint
Would be nice to have some hooks in bathroom. Some rooms didn’t have hangers.

Clean room and bath. Quiet enough area with windows closed (it actually has windows that open).
The free breakfast was pretty bad. Coffee was tasteless. Juice had almost no flavor. Did have hard boiled eggs, but nothing else fresh. Had some egg & sausage type pre-made choices in refrigerator to heat up. Only fresh fruit were apples. Make your own waffles from a mix.
