Awesome!

The customer service was amazing!!! I flew into San Diego from a very early flight. I was exhausted when I arrived in La Jolla. I arrived at the hotel at 11am just to check and see if it was possible to do an early check in and the man at the front desk was so nice!! He said it was no problem, got me into a room right away and I was able to get some rest. The following day my flight was leaving very late and I asked if it was possible to do a late check out and the man at the front desk was so nice and allowed me to check out at 1pm at no charge! Absolutely amazing service!

Don't have any complaints. Everything during my stay was great. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

fridge didn't work and it was thanksgiving and I needed to refrigerate items for the day of. It took them 2 hours to bring me a new fridge. The guy didn't speak English so it worked backwards cause that one was room temp and we had to wait for it to cool. Called desk to ask where ice was and they said 10/12 only has machines but actually our floor on 11 did have one which they should have known.

Excellent alll around for a famil stay.

Very good value. The staff were very friendly and the hotel felt welcoming and warm. We played pickleball, used the pool and jacuzzi, played board games in the lobby, and ate lunch at Drift. There is a nice cafe in the lobby for coffee and snacks. It is also dog friendly.

You do have to pay for parking. Valet and self-parking both charge around $45 and $35 respectively.

The stay overall was fair , we just wish that staff would've been more friendly and more welcoming.

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The lobby , pool , fire area hang out were extremely amazing.

We were hoping to get new sheets and room cleaned while we were out during the morning and most of the afternoon . Unfortunately we did not get room cleaning until after 4pm and we had our baby down for a nap . We also would have liked for out bathroom to have a fan that could circulate the air in when showering and etc.

Valet wasn’t much help when we asked questions and the elevators were kinda scary and also took some time whenever we needed one. The floor outside our door smelt very bad. We also didn’t receive and have any water stations.

It was fantastic, It was a bonus to be able to play pickleall!

Bf was great! Everything was great! However, I thought how come such a big and great hotel did not have a gift shop to provide the basic things for the guests! Unfortunately I got ill on the last day and wished you had some basic things so my husband did not have to go looking for stuff!

Room was clean

Extra cost for parking was not disclosed even when I first ask what was the cost for Valet. The added the 2 days self parking in final bill. Also, after we left there was an added $30 fee to the total cost of final bill. Very unhappy with these extra charges that were not disclosed upfront by hotel staff.
