Amenities were great. Loved the pools and the picnic area.
No towels at the pool areas. Super inconvenient. Arcade did not let you know in advance as to how much each game would cost.

The kids loved the arcade room but the adults felt it was too expensive. If you make it less you could make it up in volume

Pool would have been amazing if the weather was better. Restaurant was very good with great service, and location was well placed for the Kennedy Space Centre. The rooms themselves were very clean and surprisingly well stocked with all the essentials plus a few extras needed.
Unfortunately, the pool slide was closed for the time we were there (oddly, while the rest of the pool was open) and it was the main reason for booking the hotel so the kids could enjoy it. The only disappointing interactions were with the main desk which were slow, unhelpful, and at times impatient.
