Right next to our terminal. Wasn’t a hassle at all
The walls in the room was a bit scuffed up, and the cleaning lady was mopping after that the entrance so we really had no choice but to either walk over the floor or cross over when we arrived. We crossed over but once it was time for us to go next to check in we literally had to walk across the floor and the look she gave us was a negative look. I didn’t enjoy it at all.

The staff was friendly when we checked in. The facilities were clean, as well as the room. The breakfast was easily accessible and tasty. We loved the cinnamon rolls!
There wasn't anything we didn't like! We had a great time. :)

My spouse and I stay here because of the location being so close to the port terminal of the cruise we board. This is my second stay here, my first stay was excellent the second stay not so much. The staff member Emily was not a pleasant staffer to check in with, being blatantly overlooked upon arrival, I was second in line and she purposely chose not to look my way , and she took another person before me who walked up , after she helped that customer she then looked at a gentleman and asked him if she could help him, the gentleman told her that I was next not him and that is when she looked at me. It was very rude of her and I told her did you not see me standing there way to check in , she replied it gets busy and she didn’t see me, check your cameras I was standing there in the open behind a customer who was being helped by a young man staffer. Emily came to the desk acting like she was doing something on the desk and when she did look up she completely ignored me and then preceded to help a customer walking up from behind me. It was disappointing to be treated in this manner, then as far as my booking which I paid in advance on April 17th , i had a total of 3 rooms. When my 2nd guest checked in , they were asked to swipe their credit card? I informed the staffer I already paid and she replied no it said they would pay upon arrival, that I had cancelled the payment, I told her that was not correct I even showed her my booking.com receipt showing I paid for 3 rooms in full. I expected to pay only the room deposit for each room upon my arrival, the staffer looked at my receipt and did acknowledged that it said paid in full, and she said she did not know why booking.com hadn’t sent over anything , I still had to swipe again, I told her I needed them to contact booking because I didn’t want to be overcharged twice, Now on my statement I have 2 pending charges for $272.88 plus my payment of $635. 08 charged on April 17th. At this point I’m frustrated with the service
I would like someone in management to address the service I received and take a look at all charges for the 3 rooms I paid for fully on April 17th. 2 days prior to my arrival!
