The staff was nice and the rooms were cozy as far as them being soundproof and private like an apartment building vibe .
I saw roaches in the bathroom, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, hard, not cushioned or padded at all. Like sleeping on a board and the pillows were thin and flat . And there were not many of them . Also, there were not enough towels in the restrooms , no complimentary conditioner, lotion, makeup remover wipes or anything of that nature , no hot breakfast or plasticware were available for breakfast which is the reason I chose that hotel as they advertised breakfast . All they had was coffee, 2 honey buns some tiny muffins, and 3 bananas available . And they did not have a coffee maker in the room . No juice was offered for breakfast or ice water or cereal or milk or anything like that . Very disappointing for the money I paid . I feel this property is nice enough to where it should make the guests more comfortable and be more updated . The lamp in our rooms bulb was out and the chair seat cushion to the desk was worn and ripped and needed to be reupholstered or replaced . I won't stay here again I'm afraid .
