The property was great very quiet and clean

There was hair in the tub. The breakfast says from 6-9 & at 8 they had run out of most of the breakfast items. The doors to building 2 didn't lock and it smelled heavily of pot.

Area was very quiet, fairly clean, and pleasant enough and staff was friendly.

The refrigerator didn't seem to be on or working all that well, the toilet handle had to be held a bit before toilet would flush, and two roaches were seen inside room. The bed linen was clean but the mattress covering was stained and could be seen from standing height. The sink faucet was leaking onto countertop if water was turned down low and on high the water was splashing onto the person standing there and all over the countertop. And the ice machine did not work, had to go to local store near by to buy cups of ice.

The staff was nice and the rooms were cozy as far as them being soundproof and private like an apartment building vibe .

I saw roaches in the bathroom, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, hard, not cushioned or padded at all. Like sleeping on a board and the pillows were thin and flat . And there were not many of them . Also, there were not enough towels in the restrooms , no complimentary conditioner, lotion, makeup remover wipes or anything of that nature , no hot breakfast or plasticware were available for breakfast which is the reason I chose that hotel as they advertised breakfast . All they had was coffee, 2 honey buns some tiny muffins, and 3 bananas available . And they did not have a coffee maker in the room . No juice was offered for breakfast or ice water or cereal or milk or anything like that . Very disappointing for the money I paid . I feel this property is nice enough to where it should make the guests more comfortable and be more updated . The lamp in our rooms bulb was out and the chair seat cushion to the desk was worn and ripped and needed to be reupholstered or replaced . I won't stay here again I'm afraid .
