The Andaz was AMAZING. BEST resort I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was fantastic, the included excursions and activities were so fun and I was surprised so many of the were included. The pools were awesome. There were ALWAYS open chaise lounges.The staff was so welcoming. The room was clean, lovely and spacious.

Spacious modern rooms, beautiful views from patio and balcony. Adjacent to a stunning beach. Great food and drinks. Staff was warm and helpful. Wonderful lounge facilities for those arriving before room-ready, plus free onsite laundromat.
Ridiculous trying to get beach loungers or poolside seats. They need a better system to avoid people saving empty chairs for hours. Disappointing.
