We were late for check-in. The property communicated the check-in method and everything was simple and easy. We only spent one night but the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The visit was simple and easy. Sometimes that's all you need.
Nothing to not like. This is a great spot in Tropic and close to Bryce. We won't bother looking for other places next time. This is the perfect spot.

Breakfast was minimal, but they had a Keurig coffee maker which I enjoyed. Hot water for shower is from an on demand hot water heater so you have to wait 15 seconds for hot water, but this was all explained on a little sign in the bathroom. Once the hot water arrived, it was fine.

Great location. Good price.
My husband and I both had cold showers. There was a sign that said that they use a tankless hot water heater so we shouldn’t have run out of hot water. That was either a lying sign or they need to fix it.
