We were involved in a minor accident right after we arrived. The staff, especially Jason, were exceptionally understanding and helpful. They understood our situation and assisted us in any way possible. What could have been a terrible situation was not, thanks in large part to him.

Location and view of the lake
The most uncomfortable place I’ve ever stayed in. They didn’t fill the soap dispenser and the shampoo dispenser in the shower when they were empty. Didn’t make the beds. The bed was god awful uncomfortable. The pull out sleeper was a back breaker. If you close the bedroom door for privacy, you’ll roast because one way ac unit for the place
