We loved the location overlooking the lake and the easy drive into Cooperstown.
It would have been nice if you offered breakfast.

View and location.
A little dated.

The location was great for our needs (close to the opera house). Breakfast was non-existent: only some really bad/weak coffee available in the lobby.
The internet access was very spotty... dropped in and out, and left us waiting for webpages to load. The lighting in our room was REALLY harsh... something besides the ugly, actinic blue-white light bulbs would be better.
