I like that it was close to the places I was going to visit and near places to eat
I specifically rented because of the heated pool and got there to find out it was under renovation. Something that we should be informed of before actually arriving and be surprised/shocked

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice and clean.
They had a pool but it was out of order. Also the sidewalks and parking lot was not well maintained, when we arrived the snow had not been cleared from previous storms and there was more snow overnight which was not shoveled off paths or the parking lots even by 10am when we left. Safety hazard and unfortunately the last worst impression of the hotel.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Water in shower had lots of pressure and was nice and warm. Close to everything shopping and dining.
No coffee in rooms or in lobby, elevator broken. The outside door with lock was always open anyone could enter without a key pass. Stairway was dirty and had old sheets in the corner.
