The hotel is newly renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The person who greeted us at the front desk was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Breakfast had a lot of options, including hot food, and the area was well stocked and clean.

The staff was so kind and accommodating! The cook, Dave put on an exceptional breakfast, we were more than pleased - highly recommend getting the breakfast. They are remodeling and the breakfast area was still so nice. He said to come back in about 2 weeks and there will be an entirely new breakfast room, so look forward to that in the future!
Everything was great except the bathtub, shower. Could have been cleaned much more thoroughly- however, they are short staffed and I am understanding of that. The receptionist comped us points for it though, which was very kind.

Location of hotel is convenient to family and for activities planned. Beds are comfortable.
We have been planning stays at this site since it opened. Quality of service has been decreasing over last few stays. The room booked was an accessible room and was supposed to have a walk-in shower as opposed to a tub. We had to request a room change. When cleaning, the housekeeper didn't leave toilet paper, and I had to go out to request more. No cups were replaced, no condiment packets were replaced for the coffeemaker. We had to go out to get more cups.
Breakfast is not as good as it used to be. Selections are extremely limited as opposed to past stays. Limited selection of egg varieties. No pastries or cinnamon buns.
