    The manager is disrespectful and rude. She will try to rip you off. She walks in people's room without permission. She liar, unprofessional. They lie about the amenities that they have. They clai to have breakfast included in your stay...it's bs. Expired muffins, coffee,tea and hot yuhoo. If something is wrong with your room she will blame you.she calls people out they name. She needs to be removed and Marlo should be the manager. Mimi is running that place to the ground. I wouldn't recommend this place..

    I got injured due to poor snow prep before a storm EVERYONE knew was coming. Hadv to shovel myself out because they didn't have decent or quality snow removal team. Ended spraining my ankle , missed two days of work have to wear a boot. Heat stopped working they didn't offer to cover my stay for incident or heat not working. Roach & mice pellets ( i have pictures) T.v stopped working they offered discount instead of moving me to another room even though I told them about it at 7am!!! Came back at 9p nothing. No no communication through the day .... so why ask for my # if not willing to contact people to advise of status? But quick to call about you need my money. Desk clerk NODDING OUT with camera behind him stating recording in progress (I also took my own). Years ago went to 1 in Charlotte thought it was great. 2nd time Norwalk, ct checked in walked in room bed undone -again no accommodation or discount anything offered no biggie stuff happens. BUT AFTER THIS. DOOOONNNT DOOOO IT. I've been in b/t places which is why I'm here and I'm hoping to be out by Sunday Hilton surprisingly has similar type hotel which in didn't know till I started checking to get out of here around similar price range.also when I checked in and asked for kitchen supplies I was told they don't know if they have any????!!!! People aren't moving in so if focal point is come stay we have a kitchenette you should be able to supply ALL rooms
