1st off the rooms phone didn’t work, & was impossible to reach the front desk from are cell phones to get dishes brought up to the room they claim to be available to bring up what ever you need after going down and requesting them was definitely not impressed with the ones we was given. Hotel staff was so rude. & WORST OF ALL WE ACCIDENTALLY FORGOT MY MAKE UP BAG WITH ALL MY NEW MAKE UP & PRESCRIPTIONS ON THE COUNTER WHEN WE REALIZED WE LEFT WE CALLED RIGHT AWAY TOOK US A FEW DIFFERENT CALLS TO ACTUALLY REACH THE PROPERTY ONLY TO LEARN THAT THEY THREW MY BAG AWAY & TOLD US IT WAS IN THE DUMPSTER IF I WANTED IT I HAD TO GET IT FROM THERE BEING IT HAD MY RX’s IN IT MY HUSBAND & I WENT TO GET IT ONLY 2 FIND IT IN THE GROSSEST TRASH BAG OPEN & all my prescriptions Jewelry & some of my make up missing he searched the whole thing not just the bag my case was dumped out in. When we asked the staff & man running the place he pretty much said oh well we shouldn’t have left it & it wasn’t his problem he wasn’t gonna even ask the maids that cleaned that room. He told us we shouldn’t of came back sooner (it was only 3 hours since we left).

The maintenance and cleanliness of the property could definitely be better. The staff except for 2 front desk ladies was exceptionally helpful and nice. We stayed for 10 days. The built in microwave did not work in our room so there was a counter microwave that was provided (great except took up valuable counter space). There was something wrong with our refrigerator (it was leaking water on to the floor) but their first step to fix it was to defrost it. We did not have anywhere else to put all our refrigerator items. So the maintenance staff provided an abundance of towels for us to cleam up the water - which was ok - but then the cleaning staff took all our extra towels. The rooms are only cleaned once a week and not very well. We had to say change the sheets; they were just going to make the bed. And they weren't in the bathroom but 15 minutes.
