The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The beds were so comfortable, and we all had a great sleep. The room and hotel were clean. The breakfast had many options. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this is the best value I’ve seen at this price ever. We are definitely staying here again on future trips. Thank you!
Bathroom counter space is a little cramped but expected at this value price. 10/10 rating.

It was a clean, comfortable room. Staff was friendly and very helpful to resolve a booking/timing issue.
I called ahead to let them know I would be arriving very late, after 3am. The front desk told me no problem but didn't take my name when I asked if he needed it. When I arrived my reservation was canceled. They did work hard, however, to get me in a room and resolve the double charge.

I enjoyed the openness and friendliness of the front desk associates. There were always helpful, courteous, and professional. The breakfast could offer more variety to help start the day off well, but there were some nice options!
I was disappointed that the room was not checked daily. It would have been nice to have the trash taken out and fresh towels delivered. But, upon arrival, the room was clean and comfortable.
