Location. Decent breakfast.
I've stayed at la Quinta's frequently; they are a safe choice, consistently providing comfort and cleanliness. However, the price for a night on this property was really high. I stayed in Minneapolis for less than half the price!

Tub in bad shape Bed is worn out so we slept in “gullies”

Staff was friendly!
Room was very dated. Bathroom tub was flaking. Breakfast was out of some things and closed with the hot food early. The Gentleman that ran the Breakfast was very nice !!
