Roach in bathtub.. room reaked of cigarettes and dirty! Neighborhood was filled with homeless and addicts! The visitors in this facility were very scary! Definitely dissapointing! NOTHING like what was stated on booking.com!

Great location.

Bed was dirty. Drain in bathroom started clogged even after we asked to have it looked at. Pool and hot tub were dirty. The jets were not working on the hot tub. Breakfast was not good. The second morning there was no coffee and they stopped putting food out 30 minutes before breakfast ended. Room HVAC was loud and did not work properly. Room smelled like onions….

Water didn't get hot enough to take a shower and I was standing in Water almost to my knees cause it wasn't draining very fast. Hair dryer in room didn't work! When I checked out I told the clerk and all she did was write it down for maintenance Didn't offer an apology or to take money off the room.

Location was very nice for our trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The construction/renovation could have been designed to be done away from the occupied rooms. Early morning hammering was annoying.

Great price

I did the pre check in the day before, gave estimate time of arrival and paid with credit card. Got on site employee stated, “ we didn’t know if you were coming because it states “cash” and arrived after estimated time. We as a family were out for Amy birthday celebration and coming to hotel 30 min after estimated time isn’t bad IMO. It’s a paid room. Didn’t know I had a curfew?! Employee stated I had to swipe my card and pay. I said, no I already paid. Employee wanted to argue and state you have to swipe again, so it shows you paid on our end. Booking through hotels.com really was a BIG mistake. After employee checked for a good 5 min he’s like o yes, I do see that. You’re good. I said, can I get a print off for the receipt, he said no. You booked through hotels.com you don’t get a receipt from us. I couldn’t even get a copy of the paper I had to sign for when I had to check in AGAIN. Pre check online was a waste of my time. Fiasco checking in. After all of this. We go into room and getting around and settled in. We reserved the two full beds room, and while standing on the side of the bed I cracked my ankle so hard on the bed frame. Instant hematoma with broken skin and bleeding. Bed frame was sticking out but bed skirt was hiding it! The frame has 3 parts equally spaced on each side that sticks out 4 inches fr the mattress and theyre all hidden behind the bed skirt. But easily a trip hazard and or an ankle buster! Had to move the mattress and box spring over 6 ib to one side just it was safe to get in the bed. Went down to the front desk to report incident and employee was less than compassionate. Stated “ o yes, I’ve done that many of times” but I will let staff know. Showed employee pictures of busted ankle and what specific part I was talking about. As stated before. No compassion given. Incident was reported to staff because of how easily it is to hit that it needs FIXED so it prevents others from getting hurt.
