The check-in was seamless. The staff was very courteous and professional. We loved the easy key drop off on our way out too.The rooms were impeccably clean. We also love the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The food and service were both awesome!
The building could use an elevator. Also the balcony photos advertised for the rooms are not attached to the rooms, they're technically common space. You could catch a good view at breakfast or sundown. But other people can come sit right outside your rooms and see through the big windows into the rooms if you don't keep the curtains drawn. Also, we didn't find a microwave which we thought was a little odd for a 4 star hotel.

Near shops and harbor cruises, no need to drive anywhere . The breakfasts were so good!! Nice balcony with a beautiful view. Staff was very nice.
I was disappointed in the room. It wasn’t 2 bedrooms as described and in the pictures. It had two beds but one of the beds is in the kitchen and the other is in a very narrow bedroom. It looked nothing like the pictures.

The inn keepers were the best part. They were so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing!
I thought the price was much too high. I thought there would have been a little more luxury to the room.
