Great hotel. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the fact that it included breakfast at the Dennys next door was a plus. You do need to pick from a limited menu, but honestly it was plenty of food. Location was great the the theater.
It is extremely clean, so much so that I could smell the chemicals - perhaps use something with less of a smell.

Great location to go to Rancho Rio art of the cowgirl event
Pool was relaxing , breakfast at Denny’s was good and convenient, rooms were spacious with cute patio

Well maintained and though out for a motel
Loved the porch on a corner room.

It was a little pricey I thought for a motel but then again everything is pricey these days

Location in between Palm Springs and Flagstaff.
For $200, rooms are dingy and outmoded.
I made a mistake in my original booking and wound up having to forfeit a “no cancellation” booking and pay again when I arrived and found that my booking was in error. The manager (who never showed her face) insisted through the front desk clerk that they were powerless to fix it, and I would have to go to booking.com to appeal. In fact, I own a 5-star resort in Asia which is on booking.com, Plantation Bay, “a Real Resort with a Real Spa”, and our staff are more helpful when there is a problem with a reservation made on booking.com.
