The location was convenient. The room, 111, was warm without having to use the noisy heater.
'Breakfast' started late (for me) at 8 am. I never tried it.
The room was VERY noisy...from people upstairs and to the sides.
The road traffic was VERY loud, including snowmobiles all night.
The bed was extremely soft...
