Apartment 10 people- (12 people maximum )- 5 rooms in an authentic mountain village at the gates of the Ecrins National Park.
What is it about ?
On the 1st floor: 1 entrance with cupboards, 1 living room - dining room opening onto a balcony, 1 American kitchen.
On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with each a double bed, 1 WC with sink and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
On the 3rd floor: a mezzanine with 4 single beds on the dormitory-style floor. (+ 2 beds if necessary)

We had a great stay, accommodation was close to the slopes, just a few minutes walk. The house catered to all our needs and we had plenty of space for two couples. Great resort!!

Nous avons passés 1 semaine pour des vacances au ski du 12 au 19 mars 2022. L'appartement est très bien situé, près des pistes et du village. (très pratique pour ne pas prendre la voiture) La communication avec la propriétaire s'est très bien passé, elle était réactive sur nos demandes, un très bon point. Nous avons cependant un petit bémol concernant l'appartement, il craque beaucoup lorsque nous marchons au premier étage (où il y a les chambres, toilette, salle de bain) et nous ne le recommandons pas à une famille avec un enfant en bas âge (ce qui était notre cas avec un bébé de 1an) car la nuit le moindre mouvement à l'étage, faisant tout craquer, réveille facilement les bébés. Nous avons également, eu un soucis avec la vaisselle qui était complément sales à notre arrivé (nous avons dû tout remettre au lave vaisselle), mais cela n'est pas de la faute des propriétaires mais des personnes qui était là avant nous, qui n'avait pas fait tout le ménage. Pour le reste l'appartement reste très correct pour passer des vacances à la montagne, été comme hiver (avec une superbe vu du salon sur les pistes de ski) Bonne continuation à vous et merci encore pour l'accueil

Logement idéalement situé à proximité des pistes, des bains et du village. Adapté aux grandes familles, cuisine très bien équipée. Très bons échanges avec la propriétaire. Prix un peu élevé par rapport au standing du logement. Le bois aurait pu être compris dans le prix pour la semaine.

Logement spacieux (nous étions 7) et agréable. Situation au top pour aller skier (5 mn a pieds) Mobilier parfois un peu daté mais pas gênant. Une seule salle de bain et WC pour 10 personnes (capacité annoncée) c'est vraiment juste. Nous étions 7 et c'était pas évident à gérer.

Nous avons un excellent séjour chez Sylvie. L'espace était impeccable pour accueillir nos 3 familles. (Un dortir en haut pour les enfants (ils ont adoré !). Emplacement idéal pour profiter de Monêtier. Je recommande grandement ce logement

Très bon séjour dans ce logement vaste et fonctionnel, au pied des pistes et dans le vieux village. Balcon plein sud avec une vue splendide. Très bel accueil également de la propriétaire, interactions très faciles et agréables. Nous reviendrons.

L'organisation des couchages était idéal pour notre famille (3 adultes et 3 enfants). La cuisine est très pratique et parfaitement équipé. La terrasse est petite mais la vue est dégagée et on y a pris tous nos petits déjeuners (a 4 maxi). Le rdc est sombre, mais finalement ça le fait et l’éclairage compense parfaitement. Ce chalet est bien agréable et idéalement situé!

très agréable séjour dans cet appartement, à la décoration très typique...les grincements du parquet sont la seule note négative de cette location; très spacieux, nous y avons séjourné à 7 pendant une semaine sans y être à l'étroit, le jardin en dessous de l'appartement ont permis aux enfants de réaliser un joli bonhomme de neige!! au pied des pistes, indispensable à notre avis!!et en même temps juste à côté du centre du village...A recommander, d'ailleurs ce n'était pas la première fois que nous avons loué cet appartement et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir...
