Presque tout !!! le petit coin extérieur privatif, l'espace partagé, l'organisation de l'appartement, Antoine est un hôte très agréable ...
l'isolation du planché avec l'étage supérieur, c'est un peu bruyant quand il y a du dans l'appartement du dessus. Les lits simple sont un peu petit pour un grand ados (plus 1m80)
