    I incur the problem here I got my reservation from an app that said they allowed dogs I got to the property and they did not allow dogs staff was great though the man at the window was able to accommodate me somehow. He understood I came there with a reservation I was tired and it's been a long day and the day turned out all right. All is well that ends well.

    Told the guy who was managing the place the day I checked out this, but the room had a few things. That being that the front door to it was a bit hard to open (he said the handle was to be replaced), the bathroom door got stuck on the floor when closed for no reason, making it hard to open (he said they'd look into it), the air conditioning wasn't really that cold, more just an average temperature for some reason and the machine itself was a bit loud when it kicked on, & the water never really got cold. Just again a temperature that just wasn't hot. No idea what that was, but it was just odd. My room card was also apparently just programmed for 2 nights when I stayed for 3. Other than that, the staff were all fine, helped me on a few things I needed when asked, and I was even allowed to leave my rental car parked for the day as I attended the last day of a convention. Mixed bag, but not the worst place to stay.

    I stayed in a king suite , it was nothing like a suite. Two chairs and a desk in one are that looked more like a storage room and the next room the king bed. This location has hot water , tv, and a refrigerator, so for that , I gave a 1⭐️. The towels and shower/bathtub had hair on it and hand towels were soiled, lampshades were dirty, AC vent were horrible , explains why it didn’t cooldown much. A wall near the sleeping area had something splattered on it. I will not be returning to the Pasadena location.

    Location was ok. The room was not cleaned throughout. My kids found hair on the floor. The tissue box was not replenished. Asked the housekeeper for fresh towels and had to physically surrender the old towels in person. Also, got extra blankets and they did not seem fresh. There was a stinky odor. The only positive side was that the floor was not carpeted.
