I like that the staff was very friendly and always had a smile and great service when we asked for 2 more pillows they looked everywhere and still found us the 2 extra pillows
The only thing I don't like was I did book a room there under James Rice off of trivago and all your rooms were overbooked and haven't gotten a refund yet and trivago said they sent them a message and haven't heard back from them

Booked the room 30 minutes before arriving. Last minute emergency stay. For $104 it was a value you can't find anymore.
Check in took way to long. New desk person I and another guest stood there for 30 mins waiting to be checked in.
Beds were uncomfortable rock hard stiff and our bathroom floor was filthy.
Hottub was down.
The heater gave us a bad burning smell so we slept chilly.
