Not good.

It was close to the restaurant.

The TV didn't work. The air was off in the room. We had to turn it on and wait for it to cool down. The room was dirty. We left at 9:30 at night because the people next door to us were trying to opening the adjourning door. The manager was apologetic and did refund us, but it was a disappointing experience.

Will never go back or tell anyone about it

Get there no one to be found, had to call to let them know we was there. Get checked in. Pictures on line is nothing like in person. The building had cracks through out. It reminds me of the ghetto. The beds are hard, my husband and me woke up to are backs hurting. The remote batteries were almost died and the person at the desk said she hasn't bought them yet so to do our TV manual and u couldn't so we fought with that all nite. We will never go back. Staff was no where to be found the whole stay.

It smelled like moth balls and ass.the front desk lady was rude and there was literally no staff to be seen after 10 pm.there was a dog barking for hours on the 3rd floor and nobody did nothing.there was blood stains on the pillow and it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months

I wanted to stay with my husband in Luna Pier and that was a disappointment

There was no breakfast offered

There was no working bathtub and the bathroom was dirty. There was literally hair in the bottom of the bathtub and it was severely cracked up. The door of the room was cracked open when we arrived which I believe was to cover up the horrific smell. The television didn't work with the remote and when I tried to turn down the television volume it went louder. Very disappointed in the quality of the room.

Smells very strongly or cats and cat urine. Cigarette smokers smoking inside of the inn even though it’s supposed to be a non smoking facility. Cats AND cigarettes is a very bad combination

The location was wonderful as it was only 3 min from the beach and right behind the family restaurant. Cost wasn't terrible considering these facts & that it was booked an hour before check-in

First- the air was not on in the building & it was easily 80 degrees everywhere. The elevator was dirty, matter of fact, everything except the linens was dirty. They only provide soap and shampoo, no conditioner. The first room they put us in, the shower wouldn't come on because the water pressure was almost non-existent, unless you wanted cold water, then it was okay. In the second room, the water still didn't get hot, got warmer than the first though and I could take a shower. The air conditioner hardly worked so it was still quite warm in our room all night. Breakfast was advertised but was not available

Only hotel in Luna Pier; stay in Monroe instead!

There was no breakfast that I know of, so cannot comment on that. Based upon the poor impression I had from the minute I arrived, I would have skipped it if there was one. Only good thing was the location convenience, right off the highway. Despite its proximity to the highway and the trucking business next door, location was quiet.

I requested, and received a confirmation from the hotel itself that they could accommodate it, for check-in time between 3 and 4PM. I arrived at 3:07, only to find a note sitting on the front desk stating "will be back at 4:30." The note had a phone number, which I immediately tried calling twice, with no answer except for a recording saying "voicemail box is not set up." The facility itself is desperately in need of updates---chips and holes in all the walls, the middle window sill plate was totally detached, just sitting in place. There was over a 3-4" buildup of frost/ice in the refrigerator and a red liquid frozen across the bottom of the freezer. Housekeeping is obviously lacking, based upon what was in clear sight--a previous guest had STASHed some "material of value" under the front leg of the nightstand, which I removed and disposed.

falsely advertises a pool. The AC wasn't on in the room which was 90 degrees and smelled musty and like cigarettes. The pillow cases and sheets were stained. The window view was a truck yard.The entire hotel smelled like mold and cigarettes

I would drive 20 mins out of my way to avoid staying at this place again.

The room was not clean, we found fingernail clippings under our sheets, I could possibly forgive an unswept floor but if you aren’t provided clean sheets that’s unacceptable. The staff was unapologetic as well.
