Executive Inn & Suites Prescott

I mean, I feel it's a pretty good establishment and has a pretty cool staff but the price is a little high for the area. But seeing as it's the only hotel in a 15 mile radius, I guess they can do that.

My hubby & I tend to give the "hole in the wall", looks like it rents by the hour places well on opportunity. We've been under some seriously over the top stressful situations as of late & just was beat diwn wore out! All we wanted/needed was a hot shower & a soft pillow, whcih btw, expectation was met! However, the bed was very hard, we had no blankets only athin sheet, the toilets were SUPER low to the ground, the AC unit sounded like it was gonna take off at any given moment, no breakfast as promised (not even prepackaged items), there was slamming doors & ppl arguing/yelling/being loud all night long! All this is inconvenient, but can be dealt with.... over looked yada yada. My real issue came in the morning! Ya see, upon checkin i informed the front desk that my hubby had just had a massive heartattack accompanied by emergency open heart surgery where a triple heart bypass was performed & said we would need extra time. Check out was 11am... at 9:05a soneone attemted to enter our room, i told them we'd be checking out at 11:10ish, at 9:30a another staff member made contact for our check out time, at 10am housekeeping knocked at the door AGAIN! Btw, im super fuckin pissed at this point! At 10:50a Housekeeping again knocks to ket us know they are waiting! At 11:05a, a young man asks how much longer, then at 11:13a an old woman opens our door wide open, btw im completely naked! Then at 11:20a an old man bangs on our door louding, threatens us with cops and is yelling about the time! I of course yelled back bc we had already addressed this issue at checkin! I finally took all our stuff and set it outside the room then i went to have a talk with the front desk! His excuse? Asked if I'd been at other hotels before... bc 95% of guests check out by 9:30a..... i said i didn't care! Check out was 11a! That's what i paid for and that i had asked for a late check out.... he just didn't seem to care..... he felt check out time was whenever the maids were ready to clean our room so they could go home! .... Overall, the bed sucked, blankets were MIA, the pillow was soft, the shower hot, the environment sucked, the staff was rude and a half ⁶empty vending machine was breakfast!
