If slum-lords ran a motel…

This place is a rip off. Staff does not care about your experience. Once you pay they will be in oblivious to your and concerns. I never write reviews. This place warrants a review because of how lousy their management is.

Nasty.

No breakfast. It was next to the 80z bar.

It was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. Bed and bedding Felt and smelled dirty. Check in guy was lazy and didn't help. I had to come back to his window to ask for the WiFi pw. Tried calling but wouldn't answer at first.

Crappy stay

The only thing I like was the beds were comfortable and good AC.

TV did not work, shower did not work, small towels, blow Dyer did not work. I paid a deposit of 40.00 for remote and key. I paid 130.00 to stay for one night with my daughter and I. And it wasn't even worth it! Never coming here again.

Great place to stay with family

The property is clean. It appears to have recently been upgraded, so it shows very well. The beds were comfortable. The room was large enough and even had a small table with two chairs, a separate area with a desk and a working chair, the beds or comfortable and the staff was Very sweet and always willing to help. I traveled with my parents, they are seniors and the front desk was more than willing to accommodate and give us a room downstairs.. the room had great AC , microwave, and refrigerator all worked wonderfully. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

The towels are older and very rough. I would recommend you bring your own bath towels. They have a nice pool and hot tub, and although I called to make sure it would be open during our visit I was informed the front desk of it actually only opened during summer.

Proximity to bus stops, food, and community. Responsive staff, courtesy cleaners, and easy check in and check out process! Good selection of channels on TV

The only thing I did not like was the Internet not being as reliable or stable as I wanted. We were in a storm so I understand but definitely think that was the only “issue” I had. 8/10

Good location for my visit

Needs some updates and maintenance. Furnishings were a hodgepodge of mismatched things that were broken or just obviously cast off from another use.

The spa in the room was great!

The air conditioner did not cool the whole room. Only right next to the unit by the door. The room said it came with a microwave but we had to go to the front desk to request one. The room had three small towels and when we went and asked for more they acted like it was a big deal to give us any. When we checked in it felt like we were inconvenienceing them. The light switch in the bathroom turned on the light over the spa which was next to the bed. Turning the light on in the bathroom in the middle of the night turned on a light right next to the bed.

not a lot of parking. door didn’t seem to close all the way. key didn’t work to open door a few times. there was stuff on peep hole to look out obstructing view. there was gunk on the control, toilet did not flush properly. a lot of sketchy people around there.

Everything, no hot water to take a shower, no cable, nothing to watch on the tv, staff was kinda rude for asking why the TV wasn't working or the hot water, they charged twice a deposit but it hasn't come back to my account.

I like the Spa tub in the room, the size of the bed, and the standing shower.

The bug we found on our pillow after the sheets were changed. I'm not sure if it was a bed bug or a tick. Not enough towels were provided and had to ask for more.
