Coffee pot in room, room kept very clean and the bathroom was spacious with nice hot shower -gorgeous view of mountains, very close to Helen, nice walking trails, Ashley, at the front desk, was very helpful and gave us useful maps of the facility and the trails. Saw two deer on the frog pond loop trail!
(I did not use the restaurants so can not comment on them.) VERY small negative-the lamp on my nightstand did not work. rm 18.

I loved the mountain view from our room. Bed was comfortable.
Fitted sheet was too small for the bed, the pillows were too small and flat.
