The sliding barn door on the bathroom. It would don’t stay shut.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely done and had plenty of storage room. We had a wonderful view of the mountains. It is close to Helen. We really enjoyed the breakfast at the main restaurant. The staff was very helpful.
There were not enough electrical outlets, especially near the bed. The pillows could have been more comfortable.

Room was great, comfortable, clean, property was beautiful. Staff was wonderful helping my husband after his fall and reimbursing 1/2 of our 2 night stay since we had to check out early to take him to the hospital
Concrete stairs to enter/exit building C had no railing…my husband (79) missed his footing on exiting and fell hitting his head on the concrete and injuring his leg and hand

Facility was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortablw.
In-room WiFi was down entire stay and I wanted to watch a college basketball that was available on in-room TV because TV service provider was blocking CBS.
