Spacious room, quiet, intimate. Convenient location.

Needs to have a better breakfast, Vanity, kit, slippers, and a decision needs to be made if it is worth having more staff, someone on site all the time. Needs more seating Seemed competitive at breakfast for the seating available.

beautiful serene atmosphere. So nice to enjoy wine and snacks in late afternoon and coffee and breakfast in morning. Easy walk to downtown using the bike/pedestrian trail just north of the inn. Attentive and friendly staff. Plush bedding.

Plumbing backed up by the end of the stay ... didn't impact us much but would have the next reservation. Room air conditioner is a bit wonky.

This retreat is a real treat.

Blanca, our host, is a gem. Helpful and kind. The property is well maintained and very lovely. We will stay there the next time we visit the area.

Pleasant but not worth the cost in my opinion.

Good location, hotel is peaceful.

Pool had debris ie leaves etc in the bottom. Room is dated, motel 6 has better showers and there were no markers on the shower controls to tell you which was hot or cold. Although this hotel has its benefits I would not consider it 5* or luxury.

We had just arrived in the US so La Maison was a comfortable break in which to adjust and explore Palm Springs. Everyone was very helpful and the 3 pm happy hour drinks were a lovely bonus 😊

Our vacation was low key, and La Maison was a quiet haven in the desert.

The location was good. you need a car to stay here. The breakfast was excellent. Waffles, juice, fruit, all kinds of bagels and rolls, croissants, eggs (hard boiled), breads, wonderful coffees and teas. Happy hour in the afternoon with wine, beers, nuts, snacks. The pool was right outside our door. Great firepit, BBQ, sun chairs, towels. Everything clean and neat. Blanca , the manager, is a gem. She is on site daily, and is happy to provide you with anything you need. It is a peaceful haven where you can spend hours quietly, enjoying the sun and the birds and beautiful flowers. E

The lighting in the rooms is dim. I have eye issues and couldn't read. There is a TV but the stations are hard to negotiate.

The pool was kind of dirty. Mosquitoes outside. Not a lot of options for the free breakfast. No staff on site after 3pm.

This place is a GEM! It is exceptionally clean, offers nice amenities, and the staff is absolutely amazing! Alfredo truly understands the essence of hospitality. During our stay, the hotel was partially booked, which created a delightfully exclusive atmosphere, as if we had reserved a mansion just for ourselves! The pool is spacious and impeccably maintained, while the hot tub and the grill area are incredibly inviting. Conveniently, there's a Ralphs store across the street where you can purchase food for a BBQ and then return to the hotel to grill! The kitchen area is fully stocked with plates, utensils, spices, and everything you might need. Moreover, the hotel serves a satisfying breakfast along with delicious coffee. It is evident that every detail has been thoughtfully attended to with love. I would absolutely love to stay there again!

None, the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Despite being smaller in size, it offers a warm and welcoming ambiance that feels like a family-owned establishment. It's refreshing to find a place that treats their guests with such genuine care and hospitality.

Alfredo and Blanca were out of this world. They were so welcoming and accommodating. Went way out of their way to help. Made us feel like we were at a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel. Extremely intimate, friendly experience.

I almost never say something is a perfect experience, but La Madison was a perfect experience!

The breakfast was very nice. It was a continental with a good selection of items. We never felt the need to go looking for anything more. My husband has some issues with his feet and the parking was very close to the front gate which is not the case everywhere. Alfredo and other staff members were wonderful and very helpful.

it might have been nice to be a little closer to downtown. On the other hand there was a lot to be said for the quiet residential neighborhood where La Madison is located so that's a toss up. Otherwise we had no complaints at all.

Perfect weekend getaway

Hotel was perfect for our needs on our weekend getaway to Palm Springs. Quiet, good facilities, convenient location. It was a perfect base for exploring Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National park, as well as being a wonderful place to relax on a sunny afternoon by the pool. Alfredo and Blance were the perfect hosts. We really enjoyed the continental breakfasts and appreciated the complimentary beverages in the room as well as the sunscreen and toiletries available. The rooms itself was lovely, we loved the shower and soaker tub and the bed was comfy too. Would visit again!

Breakfast was a treat with a number of options for all dietary types.

Wish the room had a broader temperature scope. Temp was set at 72 which is a little warm for me for sleeping (especially under heavy bedding.)

Exceptional

Shhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Don't tell no one. Are you kidding! What was not to like about this place. From Alfredo and Blanca (and the other lady that pitched in) we couldn't have been more pleased. I could go on and on but if you stay there you will know what I mean. Remember, it only has 14 of the nicest rooms for the value.
