    Great value for money and very clean and spacious

    The hotel is clean and the staff is quick and polite. There is nothing special about the property. This is a value proposition and it does it very well. They allowed me to check in early, the room was clean. The parking was plentiful. The breakfast had few options but it was appreciated. Don't expect the Ritz, and leave completely satisfied.

    - Check-in took a long time (even though it was paid in advance), and they insisted on a $100 charge to hold for incidentals. - No elevator to second floor, which could be an issue for those with mobility issues. - TV didn't work in room. - No soap in bathroom (had to go to the front desk and ask for it). - Beds made lots of noise when moving or rolling over during sleep. - Lots of distracting sounds during the night, such as refrigerator compressor, hallway traffic, and footsteps from room above. - Laminate flooring (instead of carpet) in rooms didn't make for a welcoming experience. - Miserable continental 'breakfast' in the morning with lots of disposable, single-use plastic waste. - On a positive note, the room was clean.
