Didn’t end up staying there only because there was no alternative sleep space other than the bed and I have a bad back

It was clean and absolutely wonderful stuff

Unfortunately, I hate to give them a bad rating, but the issue was that their picture show that they have a chase lounge in the rooms and because I have a bad back I cannot sleep in a bed all night long but when I got there, I was told to Chase lounges have been gone for years But the pictures don’t depict that. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman at the front desk. He was absolutely wonderful, facilitated a refund the moment of my arrival and did find the accommodations close by.

Excellent hotel for a reasonable price.

The lobby was very welcoming and the room was spacious and very clean. The location is close to the beach and close to Monterey. The maids even provided me with clean towels, without me asking for them, on the 2nd day. The staff was very nice.

In order to get to the hotel from the major highway you have to make a U turn against heavy traffic. The city needs a stop light in that area for safety.

Spacious modern rooms, very clean, good beds. Complimentary hot drinks at any time in the lobby. Many food chains nearby the hotel, free parking. Great price also. Feels like a bargain

We stayed at this hotel during our routh 1 trip. The suite was a bit cramped for five people, and the beds weren’t great. Overall, the location suited us, and the stay was decent.

No breakfast and dirty towels

Check in and check out were simple and quick. The rooms were in good condition and clean.

The website advertises breakfast is available, but that is not the case. Other websites mention breakfast at this hotel. This caused delay in our already planned day. The first towel that I grabbed for my shower had a lot of makeup on it. It did not appear to have been cleaned well.

Imagine sleeping in the middle of a drum line.

Proximity to restaurants and stores good. Comfortable bed and lots of towels.

Get a top floor room. If you don’t you could be subjected to the stampede of noise above you. It would be generous to say I slept more than 3 hours because the banging of doors and footsteps above me was on par with hanging out in a new York subway listening to a bucket drummer. The street noise and AC didn’t help. Even with my noise cancelling headphones I was rattled. The WiFi was awful and cut out every 10-15 mins causing me to keep resetting my connection. Appliances were not plugged in and I had to pull some gymnastics moves to get them powered. The couch was about as comfortable as folding chair with disintegrated padding. I felt relieved to departing the hotel.

Great hotel at a great price!

The room was clean and extremely big. We loved being able to actually have the space to walk around the room without running into furniture. The rooms had plenty of electrical outlets including where we needed them on the nightstand. The coffee machine in the lobby is a huge plus as well serving Philz coffee!

The room overall was spacey lots of sleep area. Ac was great.

Alittle loud traffic outside, stall smoke smell or musk to the room, water pressure sucked. 9nly seen one but cockroach in bathroom. The fact that front desk knew I was injured and limping around yet put me in the top farthest room In hotel. Also was gonna charge me 40 to prioritize me checking in 30 mins earlier because I needed to return wrap my foot

Stressful, Rude, and Left Hungry

The lady checking us in on the 4th was awesome. Very helpful with multiple key card malfunctions.

The male receptionist with glasses on the morning of the 5th onto the 6th was constantly on his phone, very annoyed with questions asked, and laughed when asked where continental breakfast was, stating "we have never had breakfast." Two different online listings show that complimentary breakfast is included at this specific location, including pictures and reviews of the meal. So the early morning disappointment combined with the rude mocking from that receptionist made a miserable stay. The room itself was ok, some hair and soap scum in shower that was easily removed, but everything else worked well and was in order.

Stayed there to go to aquarium, beach and zoo with kids.

There was an awesome coffee machine in the lobby. Spacious suite for an adequate amount of money, I could put both children to sleep without them waking each other up, 2 TVs, enough towels for all. Dove shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and body lotion are all the toiletries they have.

Small trash cans and not taken trash out daily. The room was sorta restocked and the trash emptied on the first morning only and we stayed 3 nights. It seems like they are short staffed. They dont actually have cribs, as I requested one but got a playpen. Not about the hotel but dont go across the street to QQnoodles and Tico's.

Very nice hotel in a good location

Overall a really nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Location was great with restraunts and grocery stores close by. The room had a frig which was really nice to have. It was great to have 3 kings in one room so we could hang out and visit.

I could have used a softer bed, but I am VERY picky with beds. I had a hard time sleeping both nights. I do have pain issues which don't help but other hotels bed where not an issue. They felt pretty soft but sleeping was just harder.

The property was very clean and well stocked, management and workers were courteous and knowledgeable. Easy access to everything, good location, good pricing. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and shower with plenty of towels.

We did not have breakfast. The fridge in the room sounded like Darth Vader all night. Room 309 also echoed a lot!!!! Te room as spacious but nothing was in it to absorb sound. Also it was in the town Maina we thought it was a main in Monterey so we are no happy about that.

Excellent, except for parking.

We were greeted with courtesy. Our room was spacious and quite clean. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom.

We were confused upon returning after a late evening out when there were no parking spaces left in the lot behind the building. We ended up parking at some distance on the opposite side of the Inn on a busy highway. The next morning I asked and apparently there was a lot next to the building where we could have parked but it wasn’t clear.

Great location right off a main road. Parking wasn’t plentiful, but there were a few open spots. Room was very large and clean.

No breakfast unfortunately. Only one ice machine. Very noisy since it was on a busy street. Can’t really sleep with he window open.
