The only good thing was the location

Walls are very thin was woken up at 3am with the neighbors having a good time. Floors were dirty you could see where someone had spilled stuff on them. Shower knob came off in your hand no shampoo,hair dryer or coffee.

You can tell they are trying to fix it up. Owner is very nice and so is the housekeeper. Quick service if needed!

Shower you can tell was DIY, it had standing water in the shower so we ended up buying shower shoes just to be safe. The room was somewhat clean but not very clean aside from the sheets so we used shoes to walk around.

Bugs and old food in the mini fridge!

The location was great!

There was bed bugs, cockroaches, the mini fridge still had left over food in the freezer! There were people in and and out half the night! Would never stay there again?

It was central to a lot of stores.

The entire room needed work. From plumbing issues, lack or regular housekeeping and general maintenance needs. However, the new owner (7 weeks ago) said they were making improvements. I saw them replace all of the furniture in two rooms with stuff that was much better. They are working on the changes. It will take time.

The young couple at the desk were very nice.

The property is very run down the manager was on vacation look like a place for drug use. The first room that was given to us was supposed to be non-smoking and it reaked of smoke. Didn't feel safe at the property. In an hour and a half they had two police officers at two different times on the property.

Everything works, ac, heat, cable tv, shower, refrigerator. Excellent value, right next to Walmart, McDonald's.

We requested a handy cap room months in advance my wife is Handycam she could not get in our out the tub shower compo she could nit get up and down to use the toilet and the dead bolt did not work could not change rooms or go to another hotel they were all full of us there for the changing of the colors the CMA,has each year in mena

Don't stay, this property is not clean and has bed smell. It is not safe as doors are not working.

Nothing related to property, just restaurents are nearby to eat.

Property is very very dirty and not at all worth of giving $76 per night. I stayed in many different properties with lesser price and it was above expectations but this property should reconstruct. It stinks a lot and even main door & bathroom are not able to close properly. It is risky to stay in such room.

Worried all night long!

It was where it needed to be.

The nonsmoking room had a cigarette butt laying on the bathroom floor, when I asked the desk if it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, as the plaque on the door indicated, he said that I could smoke in there, when I responded that I didn't smoke or can't deal with the reek of it, he said that he would have housekeeping take care of the room while I was out. Upon return the room hadn't been touched, truthfully was worried that I would bring home some extra critters it was so bad, and the dead fly in the bathtub was a great touch!

Upon checking in the man needed my booking #. While I was getting that on my phone the man stood in front of me across from the counter and past gas. Very unprofessional. The TV wouldn't work. When we asked for help no one was available. No TV the whole time. We left the room came back and key card wouldn't work. We had to wait 45min. For maintenance to fix the door knob.

Stay Somewhere Else

Hotel was the only pet friendly one in town. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Bare bones room with small bars of soap only. The room rate was very reasonable.

The check-in clerk was the most surly, unfriendly man I have ever experienced. He must really hate his job. The credit card machine was inoperative (?) and I had to pay cash. The door numbers were so faint I had to get out of my truck to be able to read them. Room smelled musty and the bath was dingy and in need of repair. Carpet was stained. No breakfast offered.
