Location was key with going to the sport events we came for. Customer service st front desk was really good.

Pillows were uncomfortable and bed a little hard. Towels were rough and scratchy, exercise room needs a few more weights and weight lifting machines. Pool furniture would be better in another material besides metal. Got too hot and burned skin with the slightest touch. No spa

The room was great overall; however, the shower curtain was ripped, and there was trash left behind the desk that wasn't picked up during cleaning. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything we needed. The room has full-size amenities, including hand soap. Breakfast was one of the highlights, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Although the line was long, it moved quickly, so the wait wasn't bad. The made-to-order omelets were especially delicious and definitely the best breakfast option.

I was disappointed with the customer service throughout my stay. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming and approachable. Since it was my first time visiting this location, I had several questions, but I often felt as though the staff looked at me like I should already know the answers. Instead of being helpful, they seemed bothered by my questions. At one point, I noticed a front desk employee drawing rather than engaging with guests, which gave an unprofessional impression. I also had lunch at the B & B Bar and Grill, and unfortunately, the service there was no better. My waitress never smiled and did not come across as friendly or welcoming. Overall, the lack of warm, attentive customer service had a negative impact on what would have otherwise been a pleasant stay.

Staff was extremely friendly. Were also very helpful when issues were brought up.

The room my dad & his wife was in (under my wife Angela Castro's name) had an issue that caused my step mom to fall in the shower. The set screw for the knob for the shower was not tightened down (it was all the up and loose). So when she went to grab it, it came right off and she fell backwards in the shower and landed on her buttocks and lower back. Our room had dust built up at the upper areas of the wall near the HVAC vent/return. It was actually visible from a couple feet away. Almost looked like "dust bunnies" on the wall.
