the rooms were nice but the cleaning lady who came and knocked and when my husband crawled out of bed and looked through the peep whole, she then opened our door and smacked my husband in the face while looking out the peep hole!!! At 8 AM !!Luckily we had the lock thing on. where she could only open it a little!! Then she came and knocked 2 more times wayyyy before 11. WE had our do not disturb sign on then handle too!! Needless to say we were angry ...we are on vacation and needed some relaxation. This was on 2/10/2026

Liked the show that we came to see, liked the music that was at the Hop house, enjoyed the gift shop, the Valet parking.
Didn't like that the Lobby Towers don't have a iron or ironing board in them, called the front desk for one to be brought to the room and a steamer was brought which was useless and ruined my husband's shirt. There was a annoying noise all night long which made it hard to sleep.
