I loved the cabin feel of the stay.

It was a little tricky to find at first.

This was my first stay where they had breakfast for the guest included in the daily rate. It was good and nice that change it up from day to day. Always a person on duty to help if needed in the breakfast area.

It’s the same thing that I Hated when I stayed in the past. The door to your room Slams shut and shakes the walls. Wish they could figure something out as I have an issue with a slamming door at 2 am when people don’t care who they bother.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds, and HOT water in the shower. They were actively updating the decor in some places to keep the entire place's appearance looking new and fresh!

The breakfast was underwhelming...likely because the place was PACKED with families with children/teens that were attending some sporting competition, and the only person working in the breakfast room couldn't keep up with the food, coffee, or cleanup. The pool was swamped too with kids playing/yelling. They're kids, I get it, but it isn't relaxing at all for couples wanting to enjoy the space that paid for a room too. Did I mention the kids running up/down the hallways in the evening? The staff appears over-worked during these times. Mgt should schedule staff for such times to alleviate issues like these. Lastly, since Covid lockdowns, hotels (including this one) do NOT provide daily maid service. We pay for daily service in our room charge so I ask explicitly for it. It is time to either fully RESTORE this service, OR reduce your rate for multi-day stays to account for the service you no longer provide.
