The lodge decor was fun. A big facility with many options for meetings, swimming pools, nice breakfast area.
Many mistakes were made with the billing of my stay. I paid thru Bookings.com prior to my arrival and the hotel tried to bill me again three times for the same night even after my talking with them.

Staff was super helpful with early check-in. They answered any questions I had. Breakfast was good - real scrambled eggs and many options.
Elevator smelled musty and seemed as if staff was stretched thin. All the folks I talked to were super friendly and helpful. Some carpeting was frayed - hate to see this not kept up because there are so many pluses! Pool area not super clean, and at 8p not enough towels. I loved the indoor outdoor pool, but I mainly chose this for the hot tub. Kids in pool with no parents around acting crazy, and toddler and 8 yr old playing in hot tub. Parents were there despite the sign "no kids allowed in hot tub under age 14". I could have gone to front desk but opted not to.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was a good size. The staff was incredibly friendly and

The bed was not comfortable, it felt like the mattress bed updating, and the decor could use updating as well
