We had a very loud room because they booked a late party with loud music right underneath our 2nd floor room. We had asked to stay on the top floor but they did not comply. We could not sleep. The front desk was refusing to change us to an empty room because they said they could not with the computer or something lame. I called Hilton corporate and sent an email. After over an hour of noise and no sleep they relented and mysteriously were able to move us to another room which was a hassle but we did it. After the stay I left 2 voice mails, a message at the desk and sent an email to the General Manager to discuss the issues. I also contacted Hilton corporate and made a complaint. 9 days later and still Derek Hood has failed to return a single message. Hotel is OK except for duct taped buttons on the elevators but if you need an accommodations or issues solved the General Manager is absent and unavailable to be accountable for his hotel
