Great breakfast with anything you could want, great location, fantastic staff

Location was good

The bed was extremely lumpy and not best to sleep

Breakfast was excellent Clean Bed comfy Great staff

The rooms could use a little more lighting

Bed was comfortable TV Screen was large and new Complimentary Breakfast Parts of bathroom were being updated

Apparently, it was a very busy weekend. As a traveler, I had no clue. Front Desk Staff were friendly. I would have switched rooms, but they had no options and I was exhausted. My view of the center courtyard looked straight out at a wall. The exterior hallways were clutered and unkempt. I opened my room and looked immediately at the chair and ottoman. Threadbare and very stained. Stained in such a way and I can't imagine anyone sitting. I turned around to close the door and it looked pretty bad. I put my bag down to look at the rest of the room. First impressions at this point, weren't good. The bathroom tub/shower was well lit and clean. The toilet was old, a sit on your ankles high seat. One of the two plastic bolts that secure the toilet seat was missing its cover and was very loose. I went to close the dark curtains. The pull stick on one side was missing. Yes, I could still pull the actual curtain. In the morning, as I went to step in the shower, it felt slippery. I looked down and noticed a dark scum from my feet. I had walked barefoot from my bed to the bathroom once, and now again to the shower and my feet were very dark from the floors. Now how would I get dressed and not have dirty feet again from walking to my suitcase? This was the most I have paid for a room, other than at the beach, and was one of my worst accommodation experiences. I was too fatigued to continue driving. I did get a small discount when I explored changing rooms with the Front Desk. The room rate was still $100 too high given the conditions.
