Location was good. The food was good and the people who maintained it was great.
Took a long time to check in. Rooms had plumbing issues. Defective shower head that made in hard to get soap and shampoo in the shower. Sink plunge would not go up. No suitcase stand.

Loved that the air conditioning in the room was amazing!
Need a fan in the bathroom to circulate the air.

The staff was exceptional. I called prior to my arrival to verify openness of the pool/spa facilities and they were so nice and helpful. They helped get my rooms close together and I also had to get my room rekeyed and it was fast and efficient.

The cleaning crew will come in your room with out announcing themselves. We left a brand new charger in the room by accident checked out come back 30 minutes later to get the charger. The had been cleaned but no had seen the charger.
