    I’m a traveling electrician and this place is without a doubt, one of the cleanest places in the area. The staff was outstanding. The cleanliness was a little above minimal. It’s kind of weird, but it was clean. Just not exceptionally clean aside from that the place was actually really great.

    I arrived at the hotel a little past 7pm. I noticed a young lady waiting I ask how long she’s been waiting to be helped she replied 10 minutes. There was clearly no other guest before her. A few more moments later a young lady appeared and ask can she help the woman before me. She ask if her room was ready the employee sighed and stated it was not. The guest asked how much longer she had to wait. Employee said she didn’t know the rooms were being cleaned. Now it’s my turn. My reservation was 10/26 one night. The employees greeted me without smiling and said I don’t have any rooms right now. I ask her to explain and she stated they were moving furniture on the forth floor and it was closed but they over booked rooms and had to reopen the floor but only one housekeeper was cleaning the room. I replied no worries how long is the wait. She states she didn’t not know. The woman that was before me stated she had been waiting almost 2 hours. To make a long story short . I did not get checked in till after 10:00 pm. They front desk employee she was young and by this time more guest came in that had reservations and had to wait had given her and attitude or aggravated her because there were no updates on the rooms and she had a lobby full of people waiting to check in. She walks off angry stating how she was ready to go the Fuck home. I can understand her frustration the other guest as well as myself had been waiting hours. I have never experienced this at any hotel and i travel a lot. The housekeeper that stayed behind to clean the rooms need a raise she was so nice and apologized for the wait.. The housekeeper was more empathetic that the young lady at the front desk. I love Sleep Inn hotels this is my hotel of choice anytime I’m traveling but I will not be going back to this hotel ever.

    My family stayed there for almost 8 months and once KP transferred ownership/management to Pinki Patel she came in and made things difficult through her staff. They were liars and hostile slackers who didn't come clean the rooms or knock when entering. Gave our key to new guests so that they were able to just walk into our room. I would give a negative 5 out of 10.
