Love this hotel! All of the staff are amazing! They are very kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. Rene was extremely helpful & went over & above while assisting me with my 3rd party booking issue. He exceeded the standards & expectations of basic customer service skills & long story short after 2+ hours of patiently dealing with 3rd party issue without resolution he signed me up for rewards program & had me in a room for about the same price as i had paid the 3rd party! He was excetional & my husband & icome to this hotel every time we need a room now ! Thank you Rene, you are very much appreciated for all you did for us that night! !!
