The staff is amazing... The people at the front desk are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. The only thing that I wish is that the rooms were swept. I do not mind cleaning the room, I just wish that the rooms were swept.
I do not like that I have to take my bedding off and take them to the front to have them washed and then wait for them to be finished. No something that I am used to.

I like that it is actually quiet. I've asked for a microwave for the last month and still nothing. I cannot use the one that is in the room as it is rusted and the sides are caving in.
There is a musty smell. I am still trying to figure out why the room is not cleaned at least once a week. My floors are dirty and they need to be swept. Even the bed sheets need to be changed. The television constantly turns off.
