The convenience of the location. The option of more than continental breakfast. Friendly front desk staff.
The room seemed old and dated. Booking.com listed the hotel as 4 stars, but it's more like a 3 star. Stains on couch and rug. Iron burned and no ironing board in the room. I know I could have asked for one, but why should I have to.

The staff was so nice. We arrived late about 11:00 pm so we slept past breakfast. When we went down the manager saw us and brought out some fruit and yogurt. It was delicious and totally unexpected. He went above and beyond
