It’s quiet and ur not being bothered
U was out in my vehicle and a cop stop by and asked for my id and what room # . He had no right to stop I wasn’t doing anything but getting my belongings out

For a budget one star place, it was much nicer than most. Yes, outdated and bare bones, but comfortable and clean. Minor improvement had been made to update bathroom and decor.
