Staff.Location.
Broken lampshades. Burn marks and stains on the blankets. Towels had stains.

Friendliness of the staff. Location to the friends we were visiting. Ease of booking the stay.
Unfortunately I had a stiff neck (I had prior to our stay) We attended the birthday party that we came for. Woke up the following morning in so much pain we had to just check out immediately and cut our trip short.

It was located near the friends we were visiting thats why we chose it. But the hotel its self is out dated and not very clean. The staff was fine.
