The first night I booked from booking.com. we went to check in and we couldn't all their rooms was sold out. Then I had a hard time getting my refund back, so I ended up paying out of pocket then our reservation wasn't pulling up. So not only did we not get a king size suit on the first floor. We was stuck on the 3rd floor with a broke elevator and a queen size bed that slept more like a full size.. my husband has Me and he gets dizzy going up stairs.. but we got through it. But other than that everything else was ok.
Better communication with 3rd parties & they need to tell customers upfront what they have available before accepting their money. Because if I knew we had to walk 4 flights of stairs and sleep in a small bed. I wouldn't have took it. I would have booked some place else. My husband safety & health comes first.
