Location and modern rooms for price.
Could have been cleaner. Doors and elevators dirty. Room floor not very clean. Went to check out gym and that seemed like could use a cleaning also. Odd strong musky air freshener scent pumping as you walk in ground floor. No front desk attendant around when I needed to check out. Waited 10 mins, called hotel and phone just rang and rang. Ended up leaving my door key with a note.

Proximity to the water
The room was a little dirty and could have used a wipe down and microwave cleaning. And the sliding glass door stuck and was hard to open
